MAJOTECH

Majocchi was founded in 1941 in Bobbiate, Varese, one of the most relevant textile areas of all times, thanks to a genial intuition of its founder Bruno Romanin. Since its beginning, Majocchi has always been innovating, becoming a reference point in the market for design innovation and performance. These are the years of the development of the activity: the first wool, rayon, silk, cotton fabrics were produced and in 1947 the AIRONE trademark was patented.

SWING

Swing proposes a sophisticated and refined collection that features a new interpretation of the basic elements of casual and sportswear. The collection presents a different concept, a far cry from any of the typical features of a normal sporty line, to offer one that is extremely tasteful and polished. Innovation derived from the specific demands of the world of sports is used to create the value intrinsic to the fabric.

SOMELOS

Somelos was founded in 1958 under the name Sociedade Teixeira de Melo e Filhos Lda., dedicated to the production of yarns and, later, to the production of cotton fabrics. In 1971 the company changed its name to Indústrias Têxteis Somelos SA and transformed itself into a corporation. Not long after, in 1974, the Dyeing and Finishing business areas became active and Somelos became a vertical company. In the early 1990s, 12 companies were created, all under the same holding company - Somelos SGPS - which were owned by the founder's family.
